Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, click on the "My Account"link on the bottom of the homepage and login. Once you have logged-in click on the "My Orders" link for a list of your orders and the status of each purchase. Or if you have questions about ordering from Apex Online® e-mail us at or call Customer Service at Apex ® at home ® at 800-450-APEX(2739), Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please have your order number handy. If you contact us by e-mail, please provide your order number and full name in the body of the message.

What's the best way to shop in
That depends on you. Based on whether you know the exact product you're looking for, or if you just want to find out what we sell, we offer several ways to navigate our store:

Browse by Room in our at home ® areas If you're not sure of the exact product you want, but have a general area of interest we recommend using the MapNav® system. You can use the MapNav® functionality by clicking on a room on the map that appears on the left-hand side of each screen. This will take you to the room of your choosing, once there choose the category that interests you.

Shop by Brand category in any room on the site and you will see all the name brands that are in that particular room. Then simply click on the Name Brand you're looking for.

ApexSearch (sm) This is the fastest way to find what you're looking for. Simply type in the name of the product you're looking for and press the Go! button.

How do I place an online order?
Ordering from Apex Online® is a cinch once you get the hang of it: When you see an item you'd like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. (You can always remove items from your order later.) The item will then be placed into your cart, which appears on the right-hand side of your screen. You may either continue shopping or check out at this point. If you continue to shop, just continue through When you are ready to check out click on the "Shopping Cart" link. This will show you what you currently have in your shopping cart and will allow you to edit its contents.

Once you have finalized your shopping cart click on the "Place Your Order" button. You will then be asked to create an account (if you do not currently have one). You will be asked for your billing and shipping address, payment method, and credit card number. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an e-mail notification that your order has been received.

If you would like to pick up your merchandise at one of our Quickup® locations, please enter that store location address in the shipping information section and your merchandise will be available at the Quickup® desk at your selected location. To pick up your merchandise using our drive through feature, simply drive up and call the Quickup® service number at your chosen location and one of our Quickup® service specialists will bring your merchandise to your car.

Is it safe to place my order online?
Your credit card transaction is as safe and secure as we can make it when you place your order from Apex Online®. Because Internet security is so important to and our customers, our Apex Online® store operates under the highest security protocol.

Critical information such as credit card numbers and all personal information are encrypted so that it cannot be read as it is sent over the Internet.

Can I order by phone or by mail instead of online?
Yes. You can call Apex ® at home ® at 800-450-APEX(2739). You can place phone orders with an Apex ® at home ® customer service representative Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST During off-hours you may leave an electronic voice message and someone will call you back within 48-hours. Can I order from outside North America?
Apex Stores® accepts orders from outside of the continental United States on a limited basis. Shipping is not guaranteed to all countries. Shipping fees will be calculated after an item is ordered, and the customer will be notified of the final cost via a confirmation email. The credit card will not be charged until the confirmation email has been approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, taxes, etc. for non US purchases.

How much does shipping cost?
Apex Shipping fees are based on the sub-total of your order and the method of shipping you choose. *ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES will be added for some locations West of the Mississippi River.

Please note that orders usually take 24 to 48 hours to be prepared for shipping. And the shipping time starts from the day the purchase is shipped, not from the day it is ordered. So choose your shipping methods accordingly. Also, some items due to size and weight issues will require additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email by one of our Apex ® at home ® team members of any extra-charges.

UPS 3-DAY SELECT and UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER are not available for packages delivered to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, FPO Boxes.

Will I be charged sales tax?
No sales tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Rhode Island.

Don't worry about figuring out the tax you owe -- when you place your online order, we'll add the appropriate tax (if any) for you.

When will my order arrive?
Items that are "in stock" will generally be delivered to you within 2-5 business days of placing your order.

On rare (very rare) occasions some items may have to be "special ordered" which may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will receive a message indicating an estimated date when the product is expected to be available for delivery. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order actually ships. Also, please note that due to the temperature sensitivity of certain items (such as food) sold on our site, those items will not be shipped during the summer months. We reserve the right to determine whether shipping is appropriate for these items during the balance of the year. Our goal is for your order to arrive to you safely! Can my Apex Stores® purchase be delivered overnight?

Can I return my purchase?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a prompt exchange or full refund.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Due to the wide variety of products offered by Apex Stores®, some items have restrictions on returns and exchanges.

Snowblowers, Air Conditioners, Camcorders and Patio Furniture, that are defective, can be exchanged, under normal return conditions, within 30 days (14 days for camcorders) of the original date of purchase, for another snowblower, lawnmower, air conditioner, camcorder or patio furniture (set) respectively, of equal or greater value. Snowblowers are deemed defective only as determined by our service technician.

Returning? Apex at home ® will credit your credit card (less shipping costs) upon receipt of the item.

Exchanging? Please note the merchandise you will like in exchange. Your card will be credited for the difference in price (less shipping).

Just enclose a copy of your order along with the reason for the return and ship the unused merchandise in its original condition, in its original box with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals to our distribution center at:
